Anyone can attend a few classes and get a piece of paper that reads "licensed home inspector". Truth be told, I could've been a restaurant manager a couple months ago and a licensed inspector today. Don't get me wrong, being a restaurant manager is great - if you're managing restaurants. Someone inspecting homes, on the contrary, should be expected to have a background that supports his or her knowledge and ability to properly inspect, describe, and report.
I spent 26 years of my life developing my career in the building industry, encompassing all real estate forms. Whether commercial or residential, I've done it all. My main goal has been to continually further my knowledge in every aspect of construction to help not only my family but also people in their real-estate needs.

Shortly after, I seized the opportunity to become a superintendent, overseeing all building trades in the day-to-day operations of a jobsite, always adhering to the highest standards of quality control. This helps me to understand your home from the start of digging its first footing to the final finishes, including:
I spent 10 years as a superintendent, continually learning with each new project. This unique background enables me to give you the quality inspection you deserve.
I completed the 120-hour Florida State requirement class and passed the State exam, giving me the title of licensed home inspector.
I completed thermography classes, certifying me as an infrared thermographer.
I am up to date on all state requirements and take continuing education classes to stay current on all relevant real estate issues.
We channel these years of experience into offering a wide range of inspections with
