Home Inspections Customer Service Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the way in which your home inspection was physically performed and you’ve made payment for said inspection, we will refund your money in full, or you will not be liable for payment for said inspection if payment has not been made. Please note, you must express dissatisfaction for our services before receiving your inspection report. Once you’ve received your report, this guarantee is null and void. This guarantee pertains only to the satisfaction of customer service provided while said inspection was performed and is not a guarantee or warranty on the structure or condition of the property inspected.
